What is Dynamic Servicing?
The SideWinder Tech™ remote monitoring system defines a service interval specific to your equipment and how it is being used. We label it ‘dynamic’, the artificially intelligent software adapts servicing intervals based on the live operational pattern of your equipment.
Choose to benefit from one of our remotely monitored service plans, increase the lifespan of your equipment and make a cost saving on the price of your plan too!
To enable remote monitoring, a SideWinder Tech™ device must be installed, i.e. AlertMaxx2. If a device isn’t installed, we can supply and install one AlertMaxx2 for an additional £10.00 per month over a 24 month subscription or remote monitoring cannot be activated. Subject to initial site survey, sufficient Wi-Fi signal and the correct Wi-Fi setup.
For ‘Dynamic’ servicing, we guarantee at least one service visit per year.
Prices quoted for PumpLite are for one Delta standard pump station only. All service plans are subject to an initial service @ £230.00 prior to on-boarding, this is to ensure pump systems are in full working order. The PumpSmart+ plan only covers free replacement parts manufactured by PPS (i.e. AlertMaxx2, etc.). Prices quoted for PumpSmart and PumpSmart+ are based on a standard Delta Dual V3 groundwater and a single Delta Foul V3 pump station. For a bespoke quotation, please contact us on 0330 9000 999. Prices quoted do not include properties where two men are required due to health and safety requirements, this is an additional cost per month and will be calculated on submission of your Direct Debit Service Agreement. All prices quoted include VAT and impose a subscription to a 24 month (2 years) plan paid by direct debits (see ‘Contract Term’).
We do not cover the following within any service plans, major pump station cleans (including hire of tanker/jetter), blockages due to abuse of the system, build-up of waste, maintenance to incoming pipework or discharge pipework, incorrect installation by a third party, inability to lift manhole covers and inability to service due to access issue at the property, excessive build-up of washing powder due to using powder rather than liquid and cleaning of the drainage system. *Our service plans do not cover Northern Ireland or Scotland.
