SMS Telemetry System for packaged pump stations

textmax is a system designed to send a text message to up to five mobile phones in case of a high level alarm(s) in packaged pump stations. The unit will also give a local audible alarm. Up to four pump stations can be connected to one Textmax telemetry system eliminating the requirement for separate high level alarms.

textmax is based on mobile phone technology (SMS) and does not require a land line. The system is supplied with a choice of 'pay as you go' sim cards to obtain best signal strength and has a remote antennae to improve signal strength where necessary. For customers on a pump maintenance agreements annual topping up of the sim card can be carried out automatically.

PEACE OF MIND

textmax normally works off mains power, in case of mains power failure the unit has a built in battery. All data is saved in a solid state form and cannot be lost on mains power failure or by removing the sim card. The unit will send a text message once a month to show it is working correctly.

SETTING UP

textmax is designed for ease of installation. Once the unit has been wall mounted and the relevant float switches from the pump chamber(s) are connected, the unit can been programmed by sending simple text messages from any mobile phone. Any stored data can be amended via a message from any mobile phone.

AFTER SALES

textmax is backed up by our after sales team either by telephone or on site. For installation we are able to give advice to contractors or we can install the equipment directly if required.
